I haven't been able to reach support because the form doesn't allow me to enter a phone number. I guess there is no support! The app works so poorly that I guess they don't bother helping anyone anymore. Not even sure how to cancel the app. If it's through Apple store or Flyp. OMG, even the captcha is tiny and hard to see!
