This is a great concept and I really hope that the developers are able to devote resources to a better customer service experience as they are doing poorly in this area.
I downloaded the app a week ago and finally have been able to get it working properly. It was a bit frustrating as the help forums do not cover all areas and sending a message to customer service goes ignored unless you follow up with them.
This has the potential to be a game changing app for people who want a second line and the only thing holding the developers back is their lack of customer service.
