Sometimes you may find yourself in a noisy environment and maybe you just missed the call.
If this is not the case and you're still missing calls, try the following:
1. Make sure your phone isn’t silenced and your ringer volume is all the way up
2. Make sure Do Not Disturb is turned off for your Flyp number(s)
3. Make sure you have turned on Notifications for the Flyp app in your phone settings by following the steps below;
iOS
- Go to Settings > Notifications > Flyp and make sure “Allow Notifications” is toggled to green (on)
Android
- Go to Settings > Apps (or Application Manager > Flyp) and make sure “Show notifications” is checked
