How do I delete a message or voicemail? Print

iPhone

To delete a text or voicemail you must delete the entire Conversations feed.

1. Go to the Conversations feed
2. Choose the Conversation you would like to delete and swipe left.
3. Select Delete

Android

1. Go to the Conversations feed
2. Select the text
3. Select Delete

To delete a voicemail you must delete the entire Conversations feed:

1. Go to the Conversations feed
2. Tap the Menu Icon in the upper right corner
3. Select Delete Thread

If you are not seeing the things you deleted deleting; restart the app and you should see the changes.
