iPhone

1. Tap Contacts
2. Tap the plus symbol "+" in the upper right corner
3. Type the name and phone number of the contact, then tap Done

Android

1. Tap Contacts
2. Tap the Menu Icon in the upper right corner

3. Select Add Contact
4. Type the name and phone number of the contact, then tap Save
